goodrecmovies.com is a free, non-commercial movie ranking site operated by one developer. By using it you agree to these terms.
What the service is
A mechanical ranking of feature films, built from publicly available rating data (IMDb public datasets, TMDB, Wikidata — see the footer). Rankings are independent editorial judgments of goodrecmovies and are provided for information and entertainment; they are not professional recommendations.
Your account and data
Everything works without an account. If you optionally sign in with Google, we store your Google account ID, display name, profile picture and email address, plus the data you sync (filter preferences, ratings, watched marks, bookmarks) so your profile follows you between devices. Reviews and replies you post are public and shown under your display name. Per-device data (watched marks, bookmarks, preferences before sign-in) lives in your browser's localStorage. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to violate any law. Comments you write are your responsibility.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or wrong.
